BIIS NETWORK
In almost every case, a woman considering breast implants benefits greatly from being able to speak to another woman who has already been through the experience of breast implant surgery. This applies to women considering breast implants for the first time, or at a time when replacement or removal is necessary.
You may want to speak with someone who has had implants for many years, or perhaps someone who has only recently had the operation. Some women like the opportunity to speak to women who've experienced capsular contracture, or who have become pregnant since having implants; or someone who has undergone surgery more than once. Some women want the chance to chat to women who had their implants inserted through the armpit, and others want the opportunity to contact someone who has undergone reconstruction following mastectomy. The reasons are endless!
As a BIIS Member you can request to be put in touch with as many other women as you like. The BIIS Network is made up of BIIS Members who have indicated a willingness to talk or correspond with other BIIS Members.

Any relevant and important findings or news items will be published annually in B-PLUS, but sometimes the information needs to reach you urgently. In the event that this should happen any stop press news will be sent to you immediately in the form of a BIIS Hot News Bulletin.
All BIIS Members are each assigned a unique Membership Number – this system allows women to share their experience without the need to divulge their identity. By sharing their experiences or writing in with hints and tips, BIIS Members help to ensure that the contents of The Ultimate Cleavage are kept completely up-to-date at each revision.

YEARLY NEWSLETTER
Each year Maxine Heasman compiles the official BIIS newsletter, B-PLUS. Crammed with information, this publication keeps you up-to-date with all the latest news regarding breast implants.
Any updates to The Ultimate Cleavage are published in B-PLUS, along with Members’ letters and shared experiences, plus facts and figures made available through BIIS research.
